ISPE Canada is hosting an event in collaboration with the University of Toronto, St. George Campus, with the goal of introducing new grads/current students to the diversity of opportunities available within the biopharmaceutical industry.

Career Panel Exploration into Pharma & Biopharma Industry
ISPE Canada is looking forward to hosting an event with the goal of introducing new grads/current students to the diversity of opportunities available within the pharma and biopharmaceutical industry. Our intention is to facilitate direct interaction between emerging talents and esteemed industry leadership in order to dispel the notion of exclusivity associated with entering the industry.
With this event, we are excited to host an open and informational panel that will serve as a platform for sharing valuable insights and information. Our aim is to empower individuals from different fields of study to discover their niche within the industry, where their passions and skill sets can be fully utilized.

Helen Clark is a highly accomplished pharmaceutical professional with over 20 years of experience spanning the full spectrum of pharmaceutical operations—from manufacturing and supply chain to technical services, packaging, technology transfer, business development, and project management.
Melanee Short
Head of Sustainability, Global Engineering, Sanofi
Melanee Short is a passionate sustainability leader who has been developing and implementing environmental projects across various sectors for more than 25 years. Since joining Sanofi in 2007, she has held site, regional, and global responsibilities with the constant goal of reducing the environmental footprint of the operations. She has led multimillion-dollar capital infrastructure projects that support critical manufacturing activities while simultaneously achieving significant reductions in water consumption, energy utilization, and CO₂ emissions.
